This program is for established hair replacement professionals, salon owners, and lead stylists ready to scale. You should have existing clients, basic business systems, and commitment to implement change and measure results over six months.
You’ll refine your brand, streamline operations, and implement revenue-driving strategies that increase bookings and client value. Expect clearer leadership, documented systems, measurable growth targets, and an actionable plan to sustain momentum beyond six months.
Each bi-weekly session includes progress review, strategy coaching, skill-building, and prioritized action items. Sessions may be one-on-one or small-group, include templates and recordings, and are paired with accountability check-ins between meetings.
The $2,997 fee covers the six-month mentorship, bi-weekly sessions, branding development, business systems review, leadership training materials, and accountability support. Third-party costs, software subscriptions, and optional in-person services are not included.
Expect roughly 2–3 hours every other week for live sessions plus about 4–6 hours weekly implementing strategies, refining systems, and completing assignments. Time varies by business complexity; consistent effort accelerates results.
If progress stalls, your mentor will reassess strategies, provide intensified support, and deliver a corrective action plan. Results depend on implementation; extensions or additional coaching options can be discussed to continue progress.
