Coverage varies by insurer and diagnosis. We pre-qualify clients and provide documentation to support durable medical equipment claims. Many clients receive partial or full reimbursement for medically necessary cranial prostheses; we can guide you through claims, codes, and required physician paperwork.

Yes — you can select high-quality human hair or premium synthetic options. Human hair offers the most natural movement and styling versatility, while synthetic can be lower maintenance and more budget-friendly. Your consultant will help match the choice to appearance and lifestyle needs.

The $250+ fee covers an in-depth cranial measurement, custom mold creation, and professional selection of hair and base materials. It also includes insurance pre-qualification and planning; final prosthesis cost is separate and will be estimated after consultation.

The $75 deposit is nonrefundable and secures your appointment. It will be applied to your consultation fee or toward purchase if you attend. Please contact us promptly if you need to reschedule; exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
