Full Hair Loss Consultation
Full intensive hairloss consultation to establish a hair care plan. It is done in two parts. Day 1 Assessment Day which includes Health History and Evaluation, PH Level Test, Biometric Exam, Hair and Scalp Analysis, and much more. This introductory prices is $250. Day 2 Exam Results. We will discussed the outcome of your evaluation and recommend a hair care plan for you.
15 Minute Free Consultation
Initial consultation to establish hair care needs. This is done by phone only. You must fill out questionnaire prior to appointment
Cranial Prosthesis (Medical Wig System) Consultation
$250.00+This Durable Medical Equipment service $250+. This will include a full in-dept measurement of your cranial(head), mold creation, selection of hair and base materials. We will pre qualify you for financing (medical insurance or in salon payment plan). A nonrefundable $75 deposit is required for this appointment.
Custom Luxury Wig Consultation
$50.00This service is to help you decide if you qualify for a regular wig or cranial prothesis(medical wigs). If you decide to purchase one from the center, the difference will goes towards the balance. There is a $25 non refundable fee for nonshows
Wigs 4 Veterans Consultation
This consultation is free to all military veterans that are in need of a medical wig prescribed by their doctor. I will provide assistance over phone or in person to get their system from the VA Hospital or Tricare.
